ADS-I can furnish professional advice or assistance to improve the effectiveness of program management processes or procedures (including those of an engineering and technical nature). In rendering those services, our results to our clients may take the form of information, advice, opinions, alternatives, analyses, evaluations, recommendations, training and the day-to-day aid of support personnel needed for the successful performance of ongoing operations.

2. Management and Professional Support Services

ADS-I provides contractual services that provide assistance, advice or training for the efficient and effective management and operation of organizations, activities (including management and support services for R&D activities), or systems. 3. Researcher and Education Programs

ADS-I understands the objectives to accomplish a dynamic vision for DOD-sponsored research that expands projects operating in its laboratories, the number of scientists and engineers supporting critical research, and the eventual expansion to additional laboratories and research centers. ADS-I can help execute current programs and to shape future ones as programs evolves. ADS-I is instrumental in supporting visits to college and university campuses promoting DoD internship and research opportunities and providing information through its extensive network. ADS-I can support opportunities such as Department of Defense research priorities and initiatives, research opportunities, faculty and student fellowships and internships, and information regarding Broad Agency Announcements and other funding opportunities using workshops and technical assistance training. Once established we measure and monitor progress of all of the educational program activities from recruiting, selection, on-boarding, tracking and program completion. Our network extends from the government, academia and industry through career fairs, and professional society associations.
